Section 9-11-283Rights and privileges granted to be exercised in accordance with Alabama laws, etc. The waterfowl hunting rights and privileges which may be granted by or through such reciprocal agreements shall be exercised by all nonresidents of the State of Alabama in accordance with the laws of Alabama and the rules and regulations promulgated by the Commissioner of Conservation and Natural Resources of the State of Alabama which pertain to the hunting and taking of waterfowl of all species.
