Section 9-10B-30Application of Alabama Administrative Procedure Act. It is the intent of the Legislature that the Office of Water Resources and the Alabama Water Resources Commission shall be subject to all provisions of the Alabama Administrative Procedure Act, Chapter 22, Title 41.
