Section 9-10B-18Adoption of rules and regulations for operation of commission; administrative hearings. As soon as reasonably practicable, but in no event later than one year from February 23, 1993, the commission shall adopt rules and regulations for the operation of the commission. The commission shall also adopt rules governing all administrative hearings and appeals involving the commission and the Office of Water Resources.
