Section 5-16-8Organizational meeting. Within 30 days from the issuance of the certificate of incorporation by the commissioner, the directors of the association shall hold an organization meeting and shall elect officers pursuant to the provisions of this chapter and the bylaws. At the organization meeting the directors shall take such other action as is appropriate in connection with beginning the transaction of business by the association.
