Section 45-29-90.24Construction of article. This article shall be considered supplemental and additional to any and all other laws and confers sufficient power in and of itself for the purposes set forth herein. This article shall be liberally construed to effectuate its purpose of facilitating the development of the resources of the Tom Bevill Reservoir Management Area. This article shall be self-executing.
