Section 45-29-120.08Merit System Board - Assistants and materials. The Deputy Sheriff’s Association of Fayette County shall provide the board with materials and secretarial help when needed during meetings and shall assign an area from time to time for the board meetings. It shall also provide filing cabinets and storage space for the board.
