Section 40-17-324Exchange of information with other states. The department, upon request from the officials to whom are entrusted the enforcement of the motor fuel laws of any other state, may forward to such officials any information which it may have in its possession relative to the manufacture, receipt, sale, use, transportation, or shipment by any person of motor fuel, subject to the provisions of Section 40-2A-10.
