Section 35-8-11Recordation of documents and instruments. The declaration and any amendments thereto, the bylaws and any amendments thereto, and all deeds, mortgages, liens and other such documents and instruments relating to the condominium which are required to be recorded shall be recorded in the county or counties where the real property is located,
