Section 34-31-31List of certified contractors. The board may publish annually a list of names, addresses of all individuals, and the name of their employer, if applicable, who are certified by the board, and shall mail a copy of the list to all qualified individuals so certified upon request to do so. The board may require a reasonable fee to cover the cost of producing and mailing the directory.
