Section 28-5-8Removal of denatured alcohol from industrial alcohol plant for purpose of recovering alcohol therefrom for beverage purposes. It shall be unlawful for any person to remove from an industrial alcohol plant any denatured alcohol for the recovery of the alcohol therefrom for beverage purposes or to redistill or by any other process to recover alcohol from denatured alcohol for beverage purposes.
