Section 28-4A-5Violation of chapter constitutes unlawful act; automatic revocation of license. A violation of any provision of this chapter shall constitute an unlawful act. A finding by the board that the brewpub licensee is guilty of violating any provision of this chapter shall effect an automatic revocation of the license.
