Section 28-4-326Penalties for violations of chapter. Any violation of any provision of this chapter for which no other penalty is provided shall be punishable by a fine of not less than $50.00 nor more than $500.00, to which may be added, in the discretion of the court, imprisonment in the county jail or at hard labor for the county for not less than six months nor more than 12 months.
