Section 27-15-1Applicability of chapter. This chapter applies to contracts of life insurance and annuities other than reinsurance, group life insurance, group annuities, industrial life, and burial insurance; except, that Sections 27-15-15, 27-15-24, 27-15-25, 27-15-28 and 27-15-29 shall apply to industrial life insurance also.
