Section 24-1-5Powers conferred by Sections 24-1-1 through 24-1-4 supplemental. The powers conferred by Sections 24-1-1 through 24-1-4 shall be in addition and supplemental to the powers conferred by any other law, and nothing contained therein shall be construed as limiting any other powers of a housing authority.
