Section 11-44C-35Mayor - Compensation. The mayor elected hereunder shall receive an annual salary of $65,000.00. Thereafter, the mayor's salary shall be established as provided in section 11-44C-18, but in no event shall said salary be less than $65,000.00 per annum.
