Section 10A-5-1.01Short title. REPEALED IN THE 2014 REGULAR SESSION BY ACT 2014-144 EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2017. This chapter and the provisions of Chapter 1, to the extent applicable to limited liability companies, shall be known and may be cited as the "Alabama Limited Liability Company Law."
