Section 45-13-61Office of deputy coroner created. In Clarke County, there is hereby created the office of deputy coroner who shall have the same qualifications, powers and duties, and shall receive the same salary as the county coroner. The county governing body is authorized to appoint not more than two such deputies coroner.
