Section 35-9-63Property leviable; priority of lien. Such attachment may be levied on so much of the goods, furniture and effects of the tenant as will satisfy the plaintiff's demand for rent; and such levy shall have priority over the levy of any other attachment on such goods, furniture and effects in favor of any other creditor.
