Section 35-4-299Consent of third persons to execution of power. When the consent of a third person to the execution of a power is requisite, such consent must be expressed in the instrument by which the power is executed or must be certified in writing thereon; in the first case, the instrument and in the second, the writing must be signed by the party whose consent is required.
