Section 35-4-125Scope and restrictions. Except as expressly provided in this division or the standards adopted by the Electronic Recording Commission, nothing in this division or any rule adopted pursuant to this division may amend, alter, or repeal the substantive law of this state as it relates to the requirements of any real property recording.
