Section 30-3-169.10Appeal. An appeal may be taken from a final order in a proceeding under this article in accordance with Alabama law. Unless the court enters a temporary order under Section 30-3-169.2, the court may not stay an order enjoining a change in principal residence of a child pending appeal.
