Section 30-3-115Additional right. The action for retroactive support authorized by this article is in addition to any rights to retroactive support granted by any other provision of law including, but not limited to, Section 26-17-8 nor shall the provisions of the article limit or affect the state's right to recover assistance paid as provided in Section 38-10-6.
