Section 26-17-905Orders - Enforcement. Pursuant to the Uniform Enforcement of Foreign Judgments Act, Sections 6-9-230 et seq., a court in this state shall give full faith and credit to a paternity determination of any other state whether established through a voluntary acknowledgment, an administrative process, or a judicial process which paternity determination shall be enforced and otherwise treated in the same manner as a paternity determination of this state.
