Section 22-6-93Transfer of funds - Generally. To the extent any hospital or hospital system transfers, directly or indirectly, funds to the Medicaid Agency, transfers by the hospital or hospital system in any fiscal period which may be determined on an annual or other reasonable periodic basis may not exceed the amount of revenues received by the hospital or hospital system from payors other than the Medicaid Agency or a partnership hospital program during that period.
