Section 22-6-31Moneys in fund appropriated to Alabama Medicaid Agency. All moneys deposited in said fund shall be available solely for appropriation by the Legislature to the Alabama Medicaid Agency. Said moneys shall be used and expended under the supervision of the Commissioner of the Alabama Medicaid Agency in order to accomplish the purposes of this article and in accordance with the terms of the appropriations from which the moneys are derived.
