Section 22-6-30Fund established; purpose. There is hereby established the Alabama Health Care Trust Fund in the State Treasury for the purpose of further providing for the operation of the Medicaid Program and the maintenance and expansion of medical services available thereunder. This fund shall consist of revenues received from certain taxes levied on providers of medical services.
