Section 22-32-7Cooperation of departments, agencies, officers and political subdivisions with commission. All departments, agencies and officers of this state and its political subdivisions are hereby authorized to cooperate with the Southeast Interstate Low-Level Radioactive Waste Commission in the furtherance of any of its activities pursuant to the compact.
