Section 22-32-6Delegation of authority to stop, inspect and enforce regulations. The Radiation Control Agency may delegate to other agencies by memorandum of understanding all or part of their authority to stop, inspect, and enforce radiation safety regulations relating to the transport of low-level radioactive wastes.
