Section 22-30-6State Department to regulate and supervise storage, disposal, etc., sites. The operation of any and all sites for the storage, treatment or disposal of hazardous wastes shall be under the direct regulation and supervision of the department and shall be in accordance with rules and regulations promulgated and enforced by the department to protect human health or the environment.
