Section 22-3-7County health officers - Bond. The health officer of a county shall enter into bond, with sufficient sureties, payable to the State Health Officer and the judge of probate of the county, in the amount of $10,000.00, with condition for the faithful performance of all such duties as are or may be required of him by law.
