Section 22-3-3County boards of health - Authority to receive, hold, etc., money, real estate, etc. In addition to all other authority now granted them by law, county boards of health are hereby authorized to solicit, receive and hold gifts, devises and bequests of money, real estate and other things of value to be used in the support, development and carrying on of their work.
