Section 22-29-18Grants to local public bodies - Appropriations. There are hereby appropriated to the authority for the purpose of making grants to local public bodies the net proceeds of all bonds issued by the authority and any funds provided or made available to the authority to fund any grant made or to be made under this chapter.
