Section 22-21-30Disclosure of information. Information received by the State Board of Health through on-site inspections conducted by the state licensing agency is subject to public disclosure and may be disclosed upon written request. Information received through means other than inspection will be treated as confidential and shall not be directed publicly except in a proceeding involving the question of licensure or revocation of license.
