Section 22-21-224Expenses of State Board of Health. The expenses incurred by the State Board of Health in the administration of this article during each fiscal year shall be budgeted, appropriated and allotted in the same manner as other administrative expenses of the board are budgeted, appropriated and allotted, but such expenses shall be paid out of any funds appropriated to the board for use in carrying out the provisions of this article.
