Section 22-19-102Establishment of standards, procedures, etc. The Medical Director and the Executive Director of the Alabama Eye Bank are authorized to establish and promulgate the standards, measures, procedures, and recommendations necessary to assure the employee hereunder possesses the knowledge and technical skill to perform donor eye tissue procurement acceptable as good ophthalmologic procedure according to the medical standards of the Eye Bank Association of America.
