Section 22-12-5Amendment of regulations and changes of territory. When proclamation of quarantine has been issued by the Governor, the State Health Officer may, subject to the approval of the State Board of Health, amend the regulations originally adopted and may add to, or take from, the territory under quarantine, provided he reports to the Governor all amendments and changes made, together with the reasons therefor.
