Section 22-12-19Establishment of place of detention. The authorities of any incorporated city or town may establish a place of detention for persons who may come from territory under quarantine by such incorporated city or town; but if the place selected is without the limits of the town or city, the assent of the county commission in which such place is located must be obtained.
