Section 22-11A-4Physician, hospital, etc., records available to Health Officer. Any physician, hospital, laboratory, or other provider of medical services having rendered treatment, care, diagnostic or laboratory services to any person suspected of having a notifiable disease or health condition shall make his or its records on that individual readily available to the State Health Officer or his designee.
