Section 22-11A-123Priority of federal program. This article shall no longer have any force or effect and shall not be enforceable after the department determines that there has been an enactment of a United States government program for collecting and disseminating health care facility acquired infection data which mandates, at a minimum, the reporting, collection, and dissemination of the same categories of data required in this article.
