Section 22-1-9Certain county and local laws unaffected by title. Nothing in this title shall be so construed as to amend or repeal any state quarantine law or any local public health or quarantine law applying to a county. Nothing contained in this title shall be construed to repeal any local law regulating nuisances to the public health.
