Section 2-8-362Certified association - Generally. A certified association may enter into agreements with like associations, commissions, or other agencies of other states for the purpose of conducting a similar shrimp and seafood industry promotional program jointly with the associations, commissions, or other agencies in other states, and the certified association may contribute a proportionate share of the cost and expenses necessary for the program.
