Section 2-7-23Expenditures for administrative purposes. The board is authorized to expend such amounts from the appropriation by the Legislature as it may approve and determine to be necessary for expenses of the administration of this article, which amount shall not exceed 12 percent of the amount appropriated by the Legislature for state aid to fair associations.
