Section 2-30-42Experimental fields. Auburn University, through its director of the experiment station system, is authorized and required to conduct research work in different parts of the state on farms which shall be designated as experimental fields. The director may also conduct such experiments and researches in cooperation with the farmers throughout the state as he may deem necessary and feasible.
