Section 2-15-86Construction of division. The provisions of this division shall not be construed to repeal any other laws or parts of laws unless such laws or parts of laws are in direct conflict with the provisions of this division as it is intended that the provisions of this division are cumulative or supplemental to other requirements imposed by law upon livestock markets and livestock dealers.
