Section 2-15-67Commissioner to require markets to carry insurance on livestock accepted for sale. The commissioner, with the approval of the board, shall require and is hereby authorized by appropriate rules and regulations to require livestock markets to carry insurance on all livestock accepted for sale in order that such livestock will be insured against injury or loss by fire or windstorm while such livestock are kept at a livestock market.
