Section 2-15-235Commissioner charged with execution and enforcement of subdivision; promulgation of rules and regulations by commissioner. The Commissioner of Agriculture and Industries is charged with the execution and enforcement of the provisions of this subdivision, and he is authorized and empowered, with the approval of the State Board of Agriculture and Industries, to promulgate rules and regulations necessary to accomplish the evident intent and purposes of this subdivision.
