Section 2-15-170Promulgation of rules and regulations for control and eradication of infectious, contagious, or communicable livestock diseases by commissioner. The commissioner, with the approval of the State Board of Agriculture and Industries, shall have the power and authority to promulgate all necessary rules and regulations for the control and eradication of all infectious, contagious or communicable diseases of livestock. These rules and regulations shall have the full force and effect of law.
