Section 2-15-168Destruction of condemned animals and materials and disposition thereof. When the animals and materials affected or exposed to disease are ordered condemned, which the commissioner is herein authorized to do, any designated agent of the department shall proceed to destroy said animals and materials and to dispose of the carcasses under such rules and regulations as the department or commissioner may prescribe. Such disposition shall be under the supervision of the State Veterinarian.
