Section 2-15-138Provisions of article cumulative and supplemental to Article 3 of chapter. None of the provisions of this article shall be construed to repeal, amend, modify or otherwise change the provisions and requirements of Article 3 of this chapter, as it is hereby intended that the provisions of this article are cumulative and supplemental to such other requirements imposed upon livestock dealers by said provisions.
