Section 2-13-89Seizure of milk in transit. No milk in transit can be stopped, seized or condemned by the commissioner unless said milk has been produced, processed or delivered by a person, firm or corporation who does not hold a permit under the provisions of this article or whose permit has been previously revoked for cause.
